Haebler is a long-term employer, with a preference for developing a close-knit team by fostering and maintaining skills in our areas of focus. Many members of Haebler have been with the company for more than 25 years.

Haebler’s senior management team is made up of the following individuals:

		Roland Haebler – President Roland oversees all aspects of the company’s operations and takes a hands-on approach to dealing with all customer projects. Roland has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry, and is the author of numerous papers on construction techniques. Roland has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) and a Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc.) from the Technical University of Nova Scotia, and a Diploma in Engineering from Dalhousie University.
		Peter Bazilewich – Senior Project Manager Peter has been with Haebler since 1977 and is responsible for managing large projects. Peter holds a Civil Engineering Technology Diploma (A. Sc. T.) and is a Gold Seal Certified project manager.
		Savva Hatzisavva – Senior Project Manager and Estimator Savva brings 15 years of experience and an eye for detail. Savva is responsible for major estimating and project management. Savva has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management from BCIT. His genuine interest and passion for the industry are evident to all who associate with him.
		Suzanne Bailuk – Controller, Office Manager Suzanne joined the company in March 2002 and is responsible for all accounting and personnel management at Haebler. She has over 17 years of experience in construction accounting. Suzanne has completed years 1 and 2 of the Gold Seal Project Management course, and has taken numerous Financial Management courses at B.C.I.T. and through the C.G.A.
		Faye MacLellan – Receptionist, Office Coordinator Faye is the happy voice at the end of the line when you call Haebler and is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly. She is also responsible for the coordination of information transfer, coordinates drawing distribution during tendering, and is point of contact for many trades. Faye has over 30 years of office coordination experience in the construction industry. Faye has been with Haebler since 1995.
		Art Lehwald – Senior Site Superintendant Art is a Journeyman Carpenter and brings over 30 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent to bear on Haebler projects. Art has been the superintendent on many of Haebler most successful projects. Art has been with Haebler since 1996.
		Tom Hofmann – Site Superintendant Tom joined Haebler in 1994 and has been involved in a spectrum of projects during this period ranging from high-end single family homes to multifamily buildings to high-rise construction. Tom prides himself on producing quality products and has a proven record of customer satisfaction. Tom is a Journeyman Carpenter, holds a Graduate BA from U.B.C., and has taken numerous courses related to the construction industry.
